  • How's the DVD coming along?

  • @kimurafighter We have a final edit and now we're finishing up audio! We are considering releasing "The Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series with Maria Villella" as a download rather than a DVD. The upside for buyers is lower cost, quicker delivery, and there's no shipping charge. Thanks... Charles

  • @findayogateacher Will the download work on Mac???

  • @kimurafighter Our Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series with MARIA VILLELLA video file will absolutely be Mac-friendly!!!

  • you make it look so easy! Course i shouldn't expect the same after only one week of practice. Love your videos BTW

  • @cdeviejas, Thank you and glad you like these videos! Maria's practice does look effortless and light. At the far end of her mat are wear marks from years and years of chaturangas and vinyasas. Maria has put in lots and lots of practice. "Do the practice and all is coming." said Guruji. Welcome to Ashtanga Yoga. ...Charles

  • yes I'm happy i got it in the first month :)

  • Very helpful. Am 55 and been at Ashtanga for almost a year. This is the one area that is going slower than the rest: doing the vinyasas...i.e. establishing the flow through s to move from one asana to another. made gains, but this is challenging and grueling! I love it!!! he he.

  • you rok!

  • You move with grace and poise. Namaste.

  • Hey Maria looking good! Keep up the great work.

  • Jump Back and Jump Through is the most difficult and frustrating move for beginners.

It would be a great help, to show how to do intermediate steps to learn it.
