The sound is normal. Some times it´s worse than others. It´s a race engine for god sake! Even the basis engine M62 or it´s older brother M60 has some noise. It´s a general mistake to think that the V8 high performance engine should run silent as an eagle on a hunt. If you want silence then buy a M50 with low milage and good oil service and inspections. The S62 runs on only Castrol 10/60 which you know. Always check the oil before you get on the gas and after. When racing a little over max. Enjoy
