You're a cpmplete dumbass. You're basically saying "Graphics make a game so get an Xbox 360 or a PS3". Fuck that. Get a Megadrive or a SNES. 16-bit games beat the shit out of anything because the games are FUN.

@RockmanKenny actually, the gems collection has both soundtracks. you have to switch your language settings on your ps2 and you can get the japanese soundtrack

what is the different between the gems collection and the original cd version?
is it that big?and is the anime scenes better in the gems collection?

The Gems Collection version has the US soundtrack, and the Mega CD versions have the original Japanese soundtrack. The American Sega CD version has the US soundtrack like the Gems collection version. And by "big", it's the same game, but the Gems Collection version has much faster load times and the Special Stages are a bit faster. (The Gems Collection version is also an emulation of the PC version) And yes, the anime cutscenes are better in the Gems Collection version.
