I doubt it, you need to program in C #. Also, all the time you will have to import models, texture and stuff. I am sure this part is easier in BGE. For instance, you want to adjust animation. In BGE you can do it on flight, in side game engines- you need to do chnages in editor first, than import stuff. It takes time
