@redbird007 give it a few more years and it will dismantle its self... hard to believe we use to drive across that every day.. not really sure if the could blow it bring in a barge and lift it onto them or not.. have to be careful now... take off one support cable and its liable to just go splash.

Cool! Thanks for sharing. I live close-by to the bridge and was out of town for a family gathering when the grand opening celebration took place, so I was glad to see this.

a little long but I liked the opening with the fire trucks and the old cars and stuff coming over the old bridge .a little bit of local history and worth watching

I went over the old bridge just a few times on the way to Arcadia. Is the old one being dismantled?

The old bridge will remain standing for some time to come because the state doesn't have the estimated $10 million to dismantle it. It is not open to any kind of traffic.
