He didn't get very much recognition because the nature of the Ax7 Fanboy is poser and hipster like. Most people that listen to Ax7 are going through a phase, and don't really have a love for heavy metal, or in AX7's case, Hard Rock. And he really wasn't THAT great of a drummer... Look at Whitney Houston... Shes dead and now its a "Big Deal". Same thing with Michael Jackson on 09'.

@glazvegas Exactly. lol. I was always a fan of a7x, and once the rev died, I appreciated the music so much more. It's almost like everyone jumps on the band wagon when someone dies. It's like I say, "Nobody gives a damn until something bad happens".

@WadeStoker92 I know. Suddenly everyone have been Whitney Houston fan for decades lol.
-
@glazvegas Same thing with everyone else though. There's SO MANY Whitney Houston fans and Michael Jackson fans now.

I am proud to say that I was able to see The Rev live. I will never forget how amazing it was. If only he were at the others. Rest in peace, my good sir.

Almost Easyyyyyyy !!!!! =D

@sharlinlee2001 That is a different aspect of the story. I was talking about people who were already fans when The Rev was still alive.

@glazvegas I say that you are selfish, so what if people is late knowing of A7X?
-
@glazvegas Finally someone who thinks the same way as I do
I hate to say this, but I think a lot of 'you' guys aren't "real" fans. Before Jimmy died, he didn't get very much recognition and nearly no one saw him as "one of the greatest drummers". But after his death, tons of people were like "the best drummer have died" etc. which I hate.
Just my opinion tho, never got a chance to see A7X live with The Rev.
