  • Hello! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my work buddy lost a ton of weight with it.

  • Great lesson, just one caveat; in to days world ALL vegetables and fruit are picked green so they will not rots before it gets to the store. That is why fresh produce from your local store is not as good for you as it was in the past. You eat a Red Delicious apple in 1930 then move to 2011 how many Red Delicious apple would you need to eat to equal the apple from 1930? Answer: approximately 27 because most of the good stuff gets put into the apple as it ripens! Vegetable Fruit Diet.org

  • @SnipersScope55 I wouldn't suggest just fruits and veggies unless your a vegan. Then you would have to have a great variety in your diet so it is not lacking in nutrients. Lean protein is dense and it fills you up longer. At 133 and 6 ft. tall you should be fearing underweight. I am 192 and 6 ft. tall and I can see my abs. Put some muscle on them bones!

  • ok so im 15 and im 133lbs and im 6ft tall so im not over weight but i have a fear of becomeing over weight so could i just eat vegatables and fruit and still live a healthy life and if so how much do i eat of fruits and vegtables a day and how do i do it with parents who will probably freak out and think im crazy and not going to be healthy from just eating vegtables and fruits

  • I agree except with nuts and seeds. They are calorie dense. If you sit around all day pounding almonds your still gonna gain weight!
