In order to tone the upperbody, you need to increase muscle and decrease bodyfat. This exercise not only increases the muscle tone, but will also increase the heart rate to burn more calories. This exercise also works the core muscles!

  • imma female and i dont want anymore muscle then i already have built oing the wrong excersizes
