The only people who win by deploying this are the board members, who put the piles of money saved straight into their back pockets come bonus day.
Meanwhile, customers end up having to put up with even less effective customer service because the robots they are forced to go through cannot comprehend half of what is given to them.
THIS is the kind of thing that kills quality customer service, period.
