Each year, the River Cities Jubilee sends out several Quartets all over Shreveport and Bossier City, Louisiana, just before and on Valentines Day, delivering messages of love as only a Barbershop Quartet can. Proceeds fund vocal music grants and scholarships for local schools and students, as well as our Chapter operations for the year.

The River Cities Jubilee is the Chorus of the Northwest Louisiana Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society.
