UFC Undisputed is FAAAAAAAAR from perfect. But it's much better than EA MMA.
EA MMA is floaty, and way too slow. That being said, both games do something right. UFC does great with the striking, the animations are a little clunky, and the submissions are terrible. EA MMA has better visuals, more lifelike fighters, and a slightly better submission system. UFC Undisputed 3 is looking to fix most of these issues, save the robotic animations.

@Tokamaru97 dude youre insane. ufc undisputed series feels like im playing with robots. ea mma feels smooth and realistic. the ground game is also 10x better and it has better submissions
