@drunkalfuzzyness i just wanna say it's absolutely worth it. i began without remembering any dreams. and now i am on about 3 dreams a night quite detailed and easy to remember. ;)
also became conscious 2 times. 1 time i was conscious falling asleep very different and interesting. 2nd time i became conscious in the dream but started to create sth. rightnow and then woke up in another dream ;(
so only wanna say keep writing them down and have fun :)

I have watched all of these lucid dream videos now and am absolutely fascinated by it! I have already stared to write down my dreams so perhaps it is only a matter of time before I can begin to experience this? I cant wait! Thanks for posting!

amazing. words cant describe the way i feel about this. i feel that people that dont understand or haven't had a lucid dream, cant fathom what it's like, so they disregard anything that isn't "real". they tell me, "it's just a dream, it doesn't help you any when you're awake." i've felt this way about my dreams for a while, but it seems the majority of people are quick to judge. but not to just give it a shot. it WILL change their lives. i know it.

Thank you for making this information available.

Notice that nobody has said throughout the whole interview "What did you say?" or "Repeat that again?". Fishy shit.

after a week of listening to one or 2 of these before going to bed every night, i feel a little bit more enlightened on the subject of lucid dreaming! Thanks for the audio segments.

Had a Stephen Laberge book on this. Plenty of info to help with lucid dreaming.
