...surely A grand scale technological application that is definably "UNPREDICATABLE" cannot be endorsed to be regulated or its obvious unpredictable and unforeseen risks can be ignored because this one committe think that the 'unpredictability' of grand scale technological applications that will effect everyone on this planet, is nothing to be hesitant about in applying globally in foolish haste.

It's depressing, I love aeroplanes but they can in the wrong hands so easily be used even indirectly as in the case of chemtrails for such terrible things. When the Icelandic eruption closed UK airspace the skies were ironically clear, they were absolutely crystal and as soon as they reopened the skies became very diffuse. It was so obvious for all of us to see the difference but the problem is we are dealing with 80%+ of the population who suffer inattention blindness now that is depressing!

Excellent ! Thanks for getting the message out on this. Agreed, this must be banned. The consequences are far worse than any C02 concerns.

I witnessed first hand (sadly without my camera) an jet spraying aerosols - turned it on - crossed the sun and turned it off. From there he left a regular "contrail" which dissipated in a few seconds.... the rest was the chemical cocktail left to expand into a white haze. They may as well start writing "FU" in the sky.... that's how it makes me feel.
