@heavengirl204 Manitoba is know to be friendly by whom exactly? Have you considered that? Personally, the only fans of the people in this province that I know of are the people in this province lol. I find the personalities of the citizens of Winnipeg colder than the lowest temperatures of the winter in this city. I mean unless the person who came up with the provincial motto was shooting for irony I really don't know how else to take it.

omg I cant believe what people are saying about winnipeg we are known as friendly manitoba and for the most part it is.I have lived in st vital all my life and i love it our city is clean we have alot of places to gather yes we may have some people who are not making winnipeg look good but what place doesnt and as for winter here yes its cold but we winnipegers can handle it we do alot of things in the cold winter people are out we dont go in and hibernate .

@Max5941 I beg to differ. First of all i have serious doubts that the geography and weather of Melbourne is worse than Winnipeg's, it is quite hard for a city to lok worse than Winnipeg. Secondly, you really thought the people in Melbourne were more miserable than the ones in Winnipeg? I mean is it Melbourne that you are talking about or hell lol?
