Estas son las tecnicas que se establecieron en el curriculum de shotokan como las tecnicas oficiales.Muchas fueron empezadas por Funakshi pero fue Nakayama el maestro de Kanazawa o compañero de karate de este el que en realidad las llevo acabo.El libro se llama Karate practico y es una base de comienzo paras tecnicas de defensa personal partiendo del punto de vista de una persona que nunca ha practicado karate pero esta en cierta condicion fisica

Querras decir que para nada bueno,no?La logica japonesa de ese tipo de agarre viene de una Llave de aikido o antiguo jujutsu llamada tomoe-nage por lo tanto que la reaccion logica del karate-ka es ir a la contraria para eveitar que esta tome el efecto final por lo contrario una vez que esta llave sea puesta es muy dificil de escapar de ella
