In this StreamFIT Minute, kettlebell training and combat sport conditioning expert Jason C. Brown shows you how to develop total body power with the kettlebell high pull.

This exercise not only works your legs, shoulders, traps, hips, glutes, and hamstrings but also has a huge metabolic cost that will result in lots fat-burning between workouts.

For an amazing 10-minute whole body workout, alternate between 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest (do 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest if you are at an advanced fitness level) for 10 total rounds, switching between the KB high pull and a push-up variation.

Even better, try the 1.5 push-up for this if you dare:

Why might this be the world's greatest fat-burning supserset?

Because the first move in the fat-burning, muscle-building superset works your legs and the entire backside of your body (posterior chain) while the second move works the entire frontside of your body (anterior chain).

Though there certainly may be another pairing of moves that rival the calorie-torching effects of this killer combo, there is NO better one out there ;)
