Tapos nang maging successful and Subic dahil sa pagsisikap ng Olongapo Volunteers, si Tong Payumo and nagkandarapa na agawin ito kay gordon.
And SCTEX need not be directly connected to Olongapo coz it ends in Tipo Expressway which ends in SBFZ which is part of Olongapo City. Read the city charter and its history before Americans fenced it.
Setting the facts right should include doing your homework and not just commenting out of nowhere
