Hi, i'm a person that also stutters. I have been stuttering since the age of 6. I think my stuttering has improved but I have to keep working on it. I want to control the way I stutter. I want to stutter more easily and not so tensed and always forcing the words out. There are many famous people who stutter. You can go to the national stuttering association to find out more information on stuttering.

i fell u on that, i wish there was a support group here where i live for individuals that suffer with a speech disorder. my stuttering gets worst when i have to talk a front of people at school and when i get nervous in general. i wish i knew one person that also stutters.

nice group i wish i could make one like this in my country Egypt.
I wish there was a group like that around my area here in Utah. I just read a self therapy book for adults and that was one of the main points they made was that of admitting that you stutter and to not avoid stuttering. I;m trying hard to get through that part of the therapy. It's a tough part!! I need something to help lessen the stress and tension i experience when in a problematic situation. My stutter affects my life in everything I do.

The issue of accepting my stutter is something I'm afraid I've only recently begun to consider.
Although I would like to be able to speak more fluently, watching these vlogs is helping me to realise that being at ease with my stutter, which I know will always be a part of me, is the most important thing! Many thanks.....Jon.
