Yes, you guessed it by the title of the video, it's the song Jimmy Carter from the 2nd set of the 2nd night of shows.

This song has always been a favorite of mine, not because I love the Backstreet Boys, but because I love wearing electric underwear.

Feel free to watch this video as many times as you desire. It's a free country, and although they can take away your money and rights, they can't take Electric Six away from you, and that's a constitutional fact.
