The climbers really need to lean back so their ropes are tight. Also, patience, and timing is everything.

ok there dont know what your doing but for one you need SPOTTERS DUHHHHHHH yeah more than just two trust me we were practicing our 3 2 1 pyramid and i was one the top and one of the secondters fell which made me fall but luckly i had a spotter so i didnt fall on the ground : )
and you need to have better formation
