Sonic the Hedgehog - Marble 3: 0:28

This is actually quite easy... applicable to both Marble 1 and 2 as well....but they harder....

What exactly do you do when you fall through the moving platform? I keep on gretting crushed after I press right and can't jump, or I just stop after jumping. :<

@ComboBlaze After falling through the platform you will hopefully be placed inside the wall (if not aligned correctly you may simply fall beneath the moving platform and be crushed) At this point you can zip, you may want to first zip a little to the right (hit left) to give yourself a bit more time. You wait for the moving platform to be at the very top of it's cycle, then zip to the left (right) and then must jump out of the wall the frame you leave it, otherwise you will keep no momentuem.

@wersterlobe So you jump right after zipping to the left?

@ComboBlaze Yeah there is a very small time gap between zipping to the left and when you need to jump, I generally will hit all the buttons straight afterwards to increase my chances
