This was on a Sesame Street Album that had a song called "Me" on it. It was sung in English and Spanish. We used to play it all the time....lol

So Cookie Shaft needed a "gold" snack, a "light" snack, and a snack high in wires. Can't beat that! When this came on when I was a kid I could not stop grooving :-)

The creators of Sesame Street in the 1970's were doing drugs. You Tube Richard Pryor doing the alphabet, he was high, I think on cocaine. AND Jim Henson did a few scripts on Saturday Night live the first season, doing these monsters, and a talking statue. The jokes were in a sex, drugs, and farts. True story.

I just can't get enough of watching this - it was my fav Sesame Street spot when I was a kid! Too classic. Now he eats fruits and crap - completely ruined now
