Iv'e learned it at a different way, with a choke, use both hands to pluck, and at same time a knee or leg to the groin, while youre holdin his right wrist, then a uppercut to the chin or nose, usin youre right fist!

What people are missing is, he is striking for the chin not the shoulder, that would really piss off his training partner, if he made the real strike, so he is going up beside the head to show the follow up.
