This super-moist carrot cake from Woman's Weekly is made with raisins, smothered with delicious cream cheese and has marzipan carrots on top. It's time to indulge!

    a lot of areas of the world like eating cake with a dried texture. it really doesn't mean it sucks. just change up the recipe a little bit, its that easy.

  • This recipe sucks! I followed exactly according to the recipe and it turned out tough, dry, chewy and super dense. I hated it! British cooking sucks!

  • 3/4 of a cup srf and 2/3 of cup of sugar.

  • The cake sounds delicious and I want to try it, but, being a newbie to cooking, can somebody please convert 200g of srf  & 175g of sugar to cups thanks
