@SharkBite43 if that's the case I definitely liked most the Carbon, at least in this clip (great playing!). I am not very happy to say it, as I've just won an AD80 on eBay, but hey,,,was cheap so...
in your clip the Carbon comes out so smooth,,,it really sounds like you have reverb, almost like a multi-tap delay

the lushness is from the mod!!! that's kinda cheating
-
Both sound great, but "pedal 1 goes to eleven", as Nigel Rufnel would say.

Beautiful passages in the 1st clip. Great playing. Loved it! Very lush.

Very true. Great playing and tone regardless.

this reminds me of early songs from Buckethead...
MXR sounds great but it's not apples with apples, as you've used modulation

@federicoperale The AD80 has modulation at all times. Sort of like a Carbon Copy with the modulation button always on.

I think the second one sounds great. Is that the AD-80?

@ryanorexic Yep.

Great playing. Both sound great. However for anyone familiar with these delays telling them apart should be easy. You could hear the click of the stompswitch on the MXR on the first clip. Whereas the AD-80 has a very different switch and you don't hear the click on the second clip. Either way, great shootout. My vote goes for the MXR in the first clip

@JoshuaTreeTv Yeah... I realized that as I was watching it, but oh well. The point wasn't to trick anyone, I guess, and I think sometimes it's nice to focus on the pedals' tones instead of the little details that don't matter as much.
