I guess some people would like to see Korean goes further in space exploration and complain that just sending an astronauts is not enough. You also have people who believe that space exploration is useless for their life. That's why space agencies has to remember to the public the contribution space bring to our daily life.

Actually no, she's giving it an objective comparison and where Korea and other countries need to catch up. I don't think blindly praising one's own country isn't a patriotism. You need to be able to look at things objectively and be able to criticize yourselves. It's true what she says. US put money in Space technology then anyone else. Their technology is so far ahead of anyone else's including Korea. Why should that be a surprise?

Oh come on... That's just plain rude. Besides, she never said she 'hates' Korea or 'idolises' the US. I'm European, but I admire both the American and Russian effort to put men into space (it was risky business in many respects); and she did play a part in putting Korea on the map in that respect.
