"Some fate people CANNOT LOSE WEIGHT" I'm sorry but anyone can lose weight. It's science. We all struggle with it and some bodies do have to work harder than others. But everyone can do it if they try hard enough. We can all go with out eating for about 3 weeks if your skinny, much longer if you have plenty of fat, and it won't hurt us. Plus daily exercise. I'll pay you if they don't lose a pound.

As long as "metabolism" isn't the reason for being overweight. But I hate when some of my larger friends use that as an excuse and then bring their lunch of 2 cupcakes and a slice of cake. But definitely if there's an injury or health problem, it may not be possible
