In my country we have a type of American crawfish that kills our native ones. So somethimes people go out and find those American crawfish type and catch those. (Ofcourse the Native type is released again)

Dat Goooooood!.. as a Lafayette Alumni, Class of '88 from Honduras, I can tell you that I miss Crawfish Boils and the burning feeling on the lips uuuuuuuuhhhh... I dream of going back to Cajun Land and the first thing I'm having is a 3-5 pound order of Boiled Crawfish! With a side of Gumbo! Ooooh God! Thanks for the memories!
