Fresh out of the oven! Born 21 July 2007 at Naval Medical Center San Diego, CA. 10 lbs. 2 oz. 22.5 inches "tall."

I was tested for gestational diabetes for both our babies, but results came back negative. We just breed 'em big I guess. Daughter was 10 lbs 2 ounces, & son was 9 lbs 5 ounces & both at/over 21 inches "tall."

my husbands in the navy and he wants me to have my baby there.... i dont want to tho. where are the gloves on that lady? w/b

i had a good experience at navmedcen san diego balboa's maternity ward. in 2007, the ward had just gone under renovation, which resulted in a nice environment. the nurses and doctors were very attentive to me, my husband and our baby. they also have a terrific nicu if necessary. i would recommend it! good luck.

You didn't have gestational diabetes, did you? That can often result in larger babies.
