Don't get me wrong, I am not saying people don't have the right to be angry at Chapman...because they most certainly do. However, locking up our criminals to rot without a second thought is primitive. We as a species need to study these individuals, while bearing in mind that they are obviously sick! If we truly want to stop tragedies like this, we first need to understand how these people function. Should we keep them locked up? Of course, but we need facts not hate. Give peace a chance.
