It's to rusty to weld....same thing happend to mine. Your gonna have to add extra support, which can get expensive. It looks like theres ALOT of rust on the frame. You might not like my advise but if it were me I would spray the frame with black spray paint and sell her, let it be someone else's problem. Hope everything works out!
