Habeas corpus. That's what we're talking about. The gov't can't lock people up indefinitely without bringing them to trial.

The idea is that we are all equal and that no man should be valued more than another. Why should a white man that kills a black man be executed for the crime, but if he were to kill a white man in the same way his sentence would likely be less severe. Is my life as a white person less protected by my government than a black man's? Either a man's life is equal to another's or it is not. Under the hate crime laws, mine is not.

Obama is far worse than any Republican.

If John McCain had tried the things Obama has done, the left and the Democrats would have fought him. But when Obama does them, the left just look on, stunned. He has also destroyed the Democratic Party, which no Republican could do. So glad I voted for Cynthia McKinney. :)
