@Timmyvirus111 Because they'd rather pretend it doesn't exist. People are cowards. If they refuse to acknowledge it, they don't have to act on it. We would rather live in a land of make-believe where governments aren't corrupt, and their desire is to take care of us and "protect" us. We're the sheep. Too bad we don't realize that the government isn't the shepherd, but the wolf.

Obama is far worse than any Republican.
If John McCain had tried the things Obama has done, the left and the Democrats would have fought him. But when Obama does them, the left just look on, stunned. He has also destroyed the Democratic Party, which no Republican could do. So glad I voted for Cynthia McKinney. :)

"The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the Public Safety may require it." Article I Section 9 of The Constitution of the United States of America, a once-great beacon of freedom.
Habeas corpus. That's what we're talking about. The gov't can't lock people up indefinitely without bringing them to trial.
For those who think this law is a good idea I just want to say, What you do to others can one day be done to you.
