@JedNaranjo Actually no, only the R33 can, that's why I was questioning it.
The problem was that Motorex only did crash testing on the R33, then basically lied to the NHTSA, telling them that all 1990-2002 Skylines would perform identically in crashes. Eventually, the deception was discovered, and the federal government started confiscating all R32's and R34's.
I'm not condoning Motorex's dishonesty, but the government has no right to steal the property of law-abiding citizens like that.

@TBustah i think he shipped it with motorex, and i think the hakosuka, the r32 and the r33 can be legally registered in america
