@aquillablanca everything you named is something we have contributed to mankind. We not only created that and many more but we saved Europes ass in WWI and the worlds in WWII (notice that not much advance happened for the allies until we came in). We also helped in the creation of the deomcratic South Korea, and acted as the free world's big brother in the Cold War. Oh and notice how after the American Revolution every other nation began to revolt have democratic governments.

If you are having a shot at Russians, then I would suggest a history lesson for you. Russia was a nation before America existed. Russia fought huge wars, invented many things and contributed to humanity long before your ancestors set off on the ships that sailed for the new world...

I like every national anthem. I don't esteem any above the other; every person, every nation, has had their moments of glory and hardship. America is blessed by God, through no doing of our own.

American standard of living may be superior to Russians on average. But tell me. How does that change in any way the fact that Russias anthem is better than the US anthem?

Anyway. America is a nation dying on its feet. You dont even hold true to what your ancestors fought us Brits for, freedom from tyrrants. You will within your own lifetime disregard that document which your nation was built on. The constitution you swear to defend.
