http://sportsfitnesssystems.getprograde.com- Here is a Fairfield Boot Camp set of fat loss exercises.

Perform 20 total exercises. Do this by breaking it down into 4 rounds. Each round has 5 exercises in it.

So perform the 5 body weight exercises for 50 seconds each with 10 seconds of rest in between for each exercise. Then repeat that round 4 times. Take a 1 minute break when done.

Then complete one 5 minute finisher round.

Enjoy

1) Mountain Climbers - Start in the push up position. Holding yourself up, begin by driving your knees towards your chest. Alternating legs. Kick the foot out behind you and then drive it back in

2) Clap Jacks - Same as jumping jacks, except your swing your arms in front of you and clap your hands together

3) Push Up To Pillar - Start in the push up position. Then with one arm, lower your body onto your elbow, then follow by lowering onto your other elbow. Then immediately push yourself back up into the starting position.

4) Cross Under Lunges - Stand with both feet together. Then take one leg and step back and across your body. Gradually lowering yourself down until your knee is about an inch off the ground. Stand up and switch to the other leg.

5) Walkout Inch Worms - Stand tall. Then lower your upper body down and walk it out on your hands. Once you are fully extended then slowly walk your body in by walking forward with your toes. Once in all the way, walk your body out with your toes. Then push your self up with your hands


Finisher

1) Push Up Jacks - In the push up position, kick your legs in and out to the side.

2) Walking Lunges - Walking forward, take a big step and lower your body down. Then stand up walk forward and repeat with the other leg.

3) Slow Squat Explode up - Squat down slowly then once you reach the bottom stand up quickly.

4) Walking Lunges - Same as above

5) Push Up Jacks - See #1 above.
