Decided to venture out into the open fields near The 15 Highway on the County Line of Jefferson and Bonneville. I noticed a decent line of storms with half inch hail reported by a spotter. I figured the storms would intensify as they were indicating on radar. I got to a dirt road next to some Hay fields and picked a spot. There were as many as 5 of these gustnados/dust devils but the one on video was the only one I could record and still see on video. The winds were not that fast and the line of convection was still about 5 miles west of me so I am confident to call it a Dust Devil, however will let you decide. The line eventually broke up and dissipated. Look for Part#2 of this day.
