Carry On Wayward Son by Kansas
As featured in the South Park episode "Guitar Queer-O"

Lyrics:

Carry on my wayward son
There'll be peace when you are done
Lay your weary head to rest
Don't you cry no more

Once I rose above the noise and confusion
Just to get a glimpse beyond this illusion
I was soaring ever higher
But I flew too high
Though my eyes could see I still was a blind man
Though my mind could think I still was a madman
I hear the voices when I'm dreaming
I can hear them say

Carry on my wayward son
There'll be peace when you are done
Lay your weary head to rest
Don't you cry no more

Masquerading as a man with a reason
My charade is the event of the season
And if I claim to be a wise man
It surely means that I don't know
On a stormy sea of moving emotion
Tossed about I'm like a ship on the ocean
I set a course for winds of fortune
But I hear the voices say

Carry on my wayward son
There'll be peace when you are done
Lay your weary head to rest
Don't you cry no more

  • @thereview32 south park did an episode on guitar hero and this was one of the main songs, so you assumed wrong.

  • south park forever

  • you mother

  • DEAN AND SAM HAHA

  • Simply genius you have South Park set as the picture so people will click on it, and nobody is angry because this song is badass.

  • watched this episode again lest than twenty minutes earlier

  • this so funny lmao

  • @hmichaelt in 1976, Kansas WROTE and PREFORMED this song the FIRST TIME EVER. Then Supernatural re-sang it making it famouss. then in 2009 southpark used it in an episode because they thought it would be funny. You, sir, are a jackass and need to crawl back under the rock tht you came from. G'day. :)

  • @hmichaelt is he retarded Kansas made this song way before the south park retard

and where did you look it up, your ass?

  • @Mangigue XD
