Google DROID 2.1 Initial Startup and Activation

I'm taking a class on mobile webapps, and Google decided to send all of us a DROID! Students only get to keep them for the semester though =P
The folks at Google HQ already updated the phones to Android 2.1 on 3/25, and we received them the very next day. Rather surprising since the update is just leaking to most other DROIDs this week. And they come with 30 day FREE unlimited data plan from Verizon!

And I'm not using it "sloppily" - that's exactly how the DROID's touchscreen works not matter which hand I use... I really dislike it.
