if it dosn't work you need to download a Motorola Driver! Depending on your phone, you can find these drivers from, youtube, google and many other resources.

Alright, I found out the trick.
If you don't have anything to connect the computer with your phone, a playstation charging controller wire also works, so if you know someone who has it just borrow it from them and hook it up to your computer.

I didn't. I connected and it found it in a few seconds. If you connace and it comes up, youre good.
