it's no surprise if he does lipsync the autotuned parts of this song because the whole theme of the song is a cyborg/being robotic. I have to add that he owned the whole festival.

@Lunara13 You might be right about 2:23, it does sound a bit different. It's very hard to say, so I guess we'll never know for certain unless Gacchan says anything about it (which isn't very likely).

I've often wondered the same thing, so it's not just you. He simply sounds so robotic with the effects added in this song, it's hard to tell. However, listen carefully at 2:23. I think the true quality of his voice shines through, since he alters a few notes, gives them more life and emphasis than others, showing he is, in fact, singing live. At least for some of the song anyway.

Okay, don't kill me, onegai, but every time I see him perform Ghost live I can't help wondering whether he actually sings it live or mimes. It's only that one song, I have no doubts whatsoever about any of his other performances. I think the autotune makes it hard to work out whether he does sing live, and plus, the dance routine is quite physical, so I wouldn't blame him if he did mime it. My question is, does anyone know for certain whether he does?
