I love making a mini game out of this with my players:

-Pass it as hard as you can.

-Pass must be made with inside of foot.

-Pass must arrive cleanly below knee level within the square (no cone).

-Receiver must control the ball within square.

-Pass back must be with second touch

Failure to do these results in gaining a point. First to x points loses and does consequences (ie 100 juggles total)

Challenge quick release.

Have fun. Go at each other with as-hard-as-possible passes.
