Press Adho Mukha Vrksasana to Vrischikasana II (handstand scorpion) into Vrischikasana I (pincha mayurasana scorpion) and into Chaturanga Dandasana. I messed up a little! All comments/critiques are much appreciated. More vids to come. Check out my website @ bhimayoga.com
