Meet one of my absolute biggest favourites. Elliott Murphy. Already in 1975 I´ve heard this man for the first time of my life. I was sold immedietely. Collect LP:s
and CD:s since then. Its not so many I´ve been missing. In 2003 Elliott Murphy was released his double album "Strings Of The Storm", in my opinion one his best. Elliott Murphy has released 31 albums total until today.
The new album will be released in october of 2010. The album "Strings Of The Storm is filled by lovely numbers including one cover, this one.
Great song. The Banks Of Ohio is a traditional gospel number, well known by mostly of us and Elliot makes his version very tasteful.
This isn´t a typically Murphy song but he´s clever enough to take care of it makes it in his own way. Hopefully you will likes it, wonderful clip feeded up the song well. This is a re.uploading from my old site Falke58 from autumn of 2009.
Best Wishes
Michael Lindberg/Falke58

  • @barbettemroe This what I called a patykiller in wrong company but in my world is a winner. Love´s the gospel rhytms. Thanks for the warm whishes and to your comments here. I think you did the right, against the job, if its wrong from ther beginning it can´t be better. Some people dont know there´s situation before people come outside and see how they have. Stress is the biggest sickness in this mad mad world and will kill more and more people who don´t understand. Best Michael
