There's several ways you can do boards. Some let it sink then reverse like I was doing there. Some like to let it barely touch then reverse. Then some like to let it sink and pause before reversing. Work them all into your program as all I can say. I'd say if you were training mostly unequipped go for sinking in with and with out pausing. Light touch and go if you're focusing more on equipped lifting

why didn't you pause on the board? I'm new to PL so I'm probably wrong but I thought that's what you were supposed to do.
