This is the guy who was convicted of leaving the scene of an accident in which you struck a cyclist and then ran two red lights while pursued by the police and was subsequently ordered to serve 70 hours of community service back in May of 2003 disqualifies him from posing as a "Man of the People" on a major cable news network.
Shut your PieHole Cafferty

I enjoy watching him too. But I have been curious as to how he would do if he had his own talk-show on radio? Someone should make him an offer.

dubya and darth cheney were the clowns that all children have nightmares about!!!
sad part of all this is that he's a dumbocan't; if he was a repuklican't i'd be giddy with glee!!
socialism and capitalism both have the same common denominator............"GREED"
..........! AMNESTY IS TREASON............!
DEPORTATION THRU ATTRITION RETROACTIVE TO 1986 INCLUDING ALL ANCHOR BOMBS!!

We had a pair of clowns in office for eight years, so I don't think a comedian in the Senate would be a big deal.

Also, check your facts. Franken was not born in Minnesota, he was born in New York. The only real time he spent in Minnesota was up to the point he left for college. After that, it was virtually all east coast until he miraculously decided he was a Minnesotan again to run in 08.

Nonsense. Coleman had lived in Minnesota for 32 years before the 2008 election, whereas Franken had just moved back after 30+ years away. Coleman, as much as I hate him, was, by residence standards, much more qualified than Franken. Franken's long absence from the state should have disqualified him from running, and in his place we could have had a much more capable candidate who could have beaten Coleman handily and saved us from this recount nonsense. .

Franken a Carpetbagger? He was born in Minnesota and lived in other parts of the country due to education (Harvard U) and work(Writing, TV, Movies, Stand up etc.)
Coleman? He was born in Brooklyn, (NY not MN) just like me. He should have tried to become a NY Senator (never!) by your logic
Yes. There is a big difference between comedians (Franken, Colbert, etc..) and clowns (Limbaugh, Hannity, etc...)

They're all comedians much of the time. At least Al Franken is funny.
