@ssargman mythbusters.... there are wrong on alot of things... they are no good mentors as all they do is stop people from creating things and use their judgement as a TRUTH! and not even let people try it themselves and see for themselves if it work or not. but turn people into theoretical smart asses that draw conclusion from a tv.

The person riding looks very small, and lightweight.

The Mythies used heavy metals for the frame. Then they put a 250 Lb guy on it. They needed composite frame made out of lightweight carbon fiber/kevlar. They got the ducts correct, but they used a propeller (2 blades) instead of a 5 bladed fan. The 2 blades lets the air back through the ducting.

Ya, Mithbusters just proved that it is not possible to create a "Jetpack" with two gaz engines by just putting them together.

You could not build an helicopter with these engines mythbuster used BUT with more powerfull engines with more RPM's, it is possible

since some episodes I started to hate them.. they are just making way tooo many misstakes and consider it BUSTED! ... the people are busted.. not the vehicles
