OK, I signed up with AIESEC..It's been little over a year, and I'm still not sure how it works. Somebody explain?

The person incharge of my profile is never available. They didn't tell me that I was supposed to use the database and search for internships myself, so for about 10 months I was waiting for them to get back at me, calling every week to ask if they have something new (If they picked up their phones that is)

I can go on & on about how pathetic my experience has been with AIESEC.
