@ArtSUPAKORN Instead of having a full exhaust all the way back to the rear bumper, the cutout dumps the exhaust about 1/2 way down the downpipe, usually under the center counsel area. You can usually keep a smaller diameter piping cat-back therefore you can skate by the popo's and not get a modified exhaust ticket.

usually get a louder sound if you get an open blow off valve meaning it doesn't recirculate air back, instead just kicks it out into the atmosphere. not a good idea if your computer already calculated how much air has been taken in unless it can calculate how much it dumps
