i think Rory helped Finn and Colin realise that Logan really got hurt and how much their actions affect others. I think this was a good moment for the guys

I have to say that my favorite part of this episode is when Rory calls Paris and Paris immediately calls the hospital and gets all the info on Logan for Rory. Paris can be difficult to handle but she is a hard ass in the best way. She comes through tenfold for her friend.
