The boys gather 'round the round-ish table to discuss modern film noir, aka NEO-NOIR. Flicks like Robert Altman's THE LONG GOODBYE, Arthur Penn's NIGHT MOVES, The Coen's BLOOD SIMPLE and Nash Edgerton's THE SQUARE. 'cause you know you like your life fatalistic and nihilistic. Or nihilistic AND fatalistic.

  • The reason Altman cast Gould in other movies is that he apologized publicly for doubting Altman's directing abilities. Sutherland never did.
